Please read these terms and the Privacy Policy before creating your demo account.
Your account and authority
Demo signup collects your name, age, email, company name and phone number. You verify your email before setting a password. The demo uses sample commerce data and separate demo access; creating a demo account does not connect your real marketplace accounts.
Connect accounts or upload files only when you are authorized to use and share that business's data. Signup agreement does not itself grant marketplace or email access. A connection requires its own authorization and the permissions shown by the provider.
Marketplace data and uploads
In the real workspace, PODS processes data from the marketplaces, stores and optional integrations you enable or authorize, and from files you upload. The information available depends on the source, enabled features, permissions you grant and available reports. Every account does not supply every category.
Depending on the source, this can include seller and marketplace account identifiers; orders, items, quantities and prices; shipments, returns, refunds and replacements; settlements, payments, fees, taxes and reimbursements; inventory, adjustments, removals and replenishment; product identifiers, categories and catalogue attributes; sales and traffic summaries; and advertising performance and spend. Enabled vendor features can include purchase orders and their status.
Reports or uploaded files may also contain customer or delivery details, such as shipping location, where the source provides them. Upload only the information needed for your intended workflow. Source documents and processing records support reconciliation and traceability.
Why PODS uses this data
PODS processes these records to organize commerce operations, reconcile orders, payments, inventory and fees, identify discrepancies, and produce analytics, summaries and exports. Results depend on source completeness and applicable rules. Review supporting evidence before acting on a discrepancy; a displayed difference does not guarantee a recoverable claim.
Optional integrations
Additional integrations require separate setup where available. An advertising connection can provide advertising reports. A store connection records the authorized store identity and granted permissions; connecting alone does not mean every store dataset is imported. An enabled Gmail connection provides read-only inbox and message viewing for the connected user, including sender, subject, date and opened message content. Gmail access is separate from marketplace reconciliation and is not shared with your workspace team.
Team access and exports
Business workspace data is available to authorized members according to their organization and permissions. Account administrators manage team access. Authorized users can view summaries and download supported exports for their permitted scope. You are responsible for sharing exported files appropriately; removing access in PODS does not recall copies already downloaded.
Disconnecting and withdrawing access
You can use the available integration disconnect controls to remove PODS's stored connection access. Some providers also require you to revoke permission or uninstall the app in their own account settings; follow the integration's instructions. Disconnecting does not automatically delete records already imported or exports already created. For account, data or privacy requests, use the contact details in the Privacy Policy.
You may cancel this dialog without agreeing. Choosing “I agree” checks the signup agreement below; unchecking it withdraws that agreement for this signup and prevents submission. This checkbox does not disconnect existing integrations or erase existing records.
